Steve Jobs, Apple’s co-founder said, “I think everybody should learn how to program a computer because it teaches you how to think". I like to think of coding as applied math and sciences because it teaches us an iterative approach to solving problems and testing out our ideas. Hence I have worked on programming languages such as C,C++,Core Java and Python. Predominantly self-trained it has been a wonderful experience.
Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It's about being better than you used to be. A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. Hence I have always driven myself to explore new limits in fitness. I took up yoga at the age of 13 and later moved on to martial arts. Now for the past 2 years I have been practicing calisthenics. Fitness now has just become a way of life.
